     In his opening remarks, Ali Abbasov, the minister of Communications and Information Technologies pointed the importance of creating necessary opportunities of information obtaining for all nations of the world community noted in the World Summit documents (held in Geneva). As he said in order to realise this purpose the necessity of different translation systems preparation has occurred. "In Ganeva Sammit, Ilham Aliyev, the President of the Republic of Azerbaycan, informed that in our country there were invoked measures in the direction of information and communication technologies structure building and in near future ICT services network would be widened. Aliyev declared converting "black gold" into "human gold" as on of the main aims of the State Oil Fund.
